Shipping & Returns
Everything about getting your Fōmi to you, and what happens if something's not right.
Delivery
- We deliver everywhere in Pakistan with [courier name].
- Orders usually arrive in approx. 3-5 working days.
- Delivery is Rs.[X], and free on orders over Rs.4,500.
- You'll get a tracking link by SMS / WhatsApp once your order ships. [Confirm]
Cash on delivery
- Pay in cash when your order arrives. Please keep your phone on, as the courier will call before delivery.
- Online payment by card is also available at checkout. [Confirm]
Damaged or leaking on arrival
- Message us within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo of the bottle and packaging.
- We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Returns
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened bottles. [Confirm]
- Unopened bottles can be returned within [X] days of delivery. [Confirm]
- Refunds are made by [bank transfer / original payment method] within [X] working days. [Confirm]
